The joy of live theater and the excitement of seeing your favorite characters in person should be an experience for everyone, without exception. That's why we've implemented "Relaxed Performances" in our shows at La Granja de Zenón, an initiative that warms our hearts.
These performances are specially adapted so that children on the autism spectrum (ASD) or with other sensory sensitivities can enjoy the show in a comfortable environment. How do we do it?
Lighting and sound adaptation: We reduce sound and light stimuli to avoid sensory overload.
Freedom of movement: Audience members can move around the theater if they need to, without being required to remain silent or still in their seats.
Calm areas: We create rest areas in case someone needs a moment of peace outside the theater.
The result is an atmosphere of trust and calm, where each child can experience the magic of theater at their own pace and each family can share an unforgettable moment without stress. Because inclusion isn't just a word; it's the melody that unites us.
